No. Our lifetime guarantee does not require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply contact us at support@celeso.co with a photo of the issue and we will take care of the rest.

The lifetime guarantee covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear. It does not cover intentional damage, extreme misuse, or cosmetic wear from regular use such as minor surface scratches. That said, 316L steel is extremely resilient and built to handle everyday life.
