Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@celeso.co or through our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@celeso.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EU Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@celeso.co.
